Qigong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese health practice that involves movement and breath. It is a great practice for developing grounding and activating the vital energy routes of the body. Qigong is sometimes referred to as acupuncture without needles. On a physical level, Qigong can help with alignment and posture and detoxify your organs for optimum health. Emotionally and energetically, it allows your chi/life-force to flow and can bring a sense of calm, self-assurance and inner strength.
