Fusion is one of the most important meditations in Taoist Inner Alchemy. It’s known as the “jewel” of Taoist meditations because it’s so effective at transforming emotions.
You’ll learn how to:

In Fusion, you’ll get to play with the shamanic side of the Tao as you meet the spirit animals of your organs and meditate with the planets, absorbing their energy. A very special formula!

Over the course of this weekend retreat we’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect with each other.
We’ll have morning Qigong practice outdoors in nature and a Tribe Circle by the firepit at night. This is a complete immersion in Taoist magic.
Prerequisites: This is not a beginner meditation, so some experience and practice of the Taoist Foundation practices are necessary e.g. Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds, Iron Shirt Qigong, Microcosmic Orbit.
