Qi Gong & Taoist Meditation ~ Qi Gong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese health practice that involves movement and breath. It is a great practice for developing grounding and activating the vital energy routes of the body. Qi Gong is sometimes referred to as acupuncture without needles. During the class we will also do meditations like the Inner Smile, which is an effective way to feel clear and calm and connect to your centre.

Tao Yin ~ also known as Taoist Yoga is a form of energy enlivening exercise which develops flexibility, strength, resiliency and suppleness of the spine. It improves elasticity of the tendons and psoas muscle, which offers a new command of movement – one that embodies ease and a renewed sense of vigour.

What do I need to join online classes?
We use Zoom to run our online classes – you will need to download Zoom to your desktop or mobile device. You will receive the link for the class in your ticket confirmation when you buy your ticket below.
How much are the classes?
€9 for a single Live stream class
One price per device – if you live with someone who would like to join in – they are more than welcome!

What if I can’t make the class?
If you miss the class you will receive a recording of it – available for 24 hrs after
