• Activating the Original Force

The Inner Smile and 6 Healing Sounds are simple, yet powerful practices to relax, heal and energise the organs. These meditations transform and recycle negative emotions into positive virtues.

The Microcosmic Orbit is the key to balancing energies in the body. This is the art of conserving and guiding the life force through the major acupuncture channels. In this way the energy condenses and nourishes the vital organs, glands and brain. By managing your chi more effectively, you gain control of your life and have wiser, more efficient use of your life force.

Chi Self-Massage works by clearing stagnant energy from the meridians or energy pathways of the body. It has a detoxing effect and stimulates the immune system. It strengthens and rejuvenates the organs and glands to facilitate good health.

Kidney breathing activates and enhances the energy of the kidneys, essential for your vitality and longevity.

A daily routine of Taoist meditation and practices will help you to feel your innate happiness and joy, allow you to tap into your inner wisdom and generate enough chi/life force to heal your body and radiate vitality.

Facilitated by Máire Ní G – Certified Universal Healing Tao Instructor. Máire has trained directly with Grandmaster Mantak Chia in the Tao Garden in Thailand and organises his workshops here in Ireland.
