Through meditation, Qi Gong and ancient Yin practices, connect with your innate love, wisdom and the sacred feminine.
“As you transform your Inner Universe, you align your Spirit to its Truest Path”
Each month we have a different theme, often focusing on the Chinese five elements (harmony of the seasons & organs) or exploring aspects of personal transformation and sacred sexuality. Nurturing practices like the Inner Smile and Healing Sounds create a reservoir of self-love and inner peace for you to dip into in your daily life. Qi Gong enhances your energy/life force and awakens your inherent vitality. Come to learn the ancient secrets of the jade egg, in a tradition of over 4,000 years old, and understand your wisdom and potential that lies within. Dedicate some time for you to blossom into the fullness of your being.
The name Yin Way comes from the term, Tao, which means ‘The Way’ and Yin represents the feminine. Yin is also related to Kuan Yin, Goddess of Love and Compassion – she is especially connected to women and children and is said to guide us into our Enlightenment; that we may live in harmony and unity with Love.
All women are most welcome to attend Yin Way and no experience is necessary. Just drop in!
